Cultured Marble Vanity Tops

Cultured marble vanity tops are made from a polymer resin and marble dust and shavings. This gives it the look and feel of granite or stone but it is molded instead of cut into shape. This allows it to take on any form, and often has the sink integrated into the vanity. It can also be made into a variety of colors, natural or bright and wild. Cultured marble vanity tops are actually stronger and lighter than a real granite vanity top. Granite has a tendency to crack if too much pressure is applied to one area.

The polymer in cultured marble allows it to flex a little more and is much lighter than pure stone. It is also much less expensive than granite. Cultured marble vanity tops are an excellent choice for making a bathroom look more elegant. They look just like the real thing, and many even have the imperfections that make granite more desirable to some people. They can be matched to any bathroom décor for much less price than the real thing.
